Catapult in Boston seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, cash application and collections in a fast-paced environment. You will review orders, process invoices in Net Suite, maintain tax records, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely payments and accurate ledgers.
Ideal candidate has experience in AR, solid accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and teamwork in a dynamic company.
