This role sits within Xeinadin’s Startup and Scale‑up team, supporting high‑growth technology companies and some of the fastest‑growing brands in the UK. As part of our Outsourced Finance team, you will work with ambitious, venture‑backed businesses across a range of sectors, helping them scale through best‑in‑class financial support. Using leading cloud accounting platforms such as Xero and Dext, you will deliver high‑quality accounting and finance services while gaining exposure to innovative, fast‑paced businesses.

- Managing a client portfolio for a diverse range of tech start‑ups providing an excellent, proactive service for the seed to venture backed portfolio.
- Managing monthly management accounts, VAT, PAYE, CT600 delivery.
- Supervising monthly accounting month‑end close ensuring junior staff members deliver.
- Managing the accounts runway, preparing statutory annual accounts for filing and returns to company house.
- Taking a proactive role in improving information and procedures.
- Onboarding clients to ensure the customer onboarding journey is seamless, increasing client retention and relationships.
- Providing an exceptional standard of client services, including professional clearance and monitoring response times.
- ACCA/ACA part‑qualified.
- At least 3 years practice experience.
- Experience of accounting for startups, OMB’s.
- Xero experience is a big plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client deadlines and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Interest in technology, startups, and high‑growth businesses.
