We are currently recruiting for an
** Accounting Manager**, based at our European Head Office in
** London**. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners across both local and European markets.

** IFRS and J-SOX compliance
** across multiple markets, partnering with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to deliver accurate reporting, strengthen controls, and provide valuable commercial insight. This role is ideal for a
** qualified accountant
** who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and influencing decision-making within a dynamic global organisation.
** What You'll Be Responsible For
*** Ensure IFRS and J-SOX compliance, including quarterly and annual reporting and disclosures.
* Own the financial control and balance sheet integrity of designated markets.
* Lead and develop Financial Accountants, providing coaching and support.
* Review and strengthen accounting processes and internal controls.
* Partner with Corporate Planning, Inventory Accuracy, Procurement, Stores, and Ecommerce teams to provide business insight and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Collaborate with and support our centralised Accounting and AP teams to drive operational excellence.
** Skills, Experience and Attributes
*** Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
* Excellent understanding of balance sheet and P&L accounting.
* Audit background preferred, with additional commercial/in-house experience.
* Experience leading, reviewing, and developing the work of others.
* Experience working with outsourced or shared-service finance functions is advantageous.
* Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English; additional European language skills are advantageous.
