• End‑to‑end processing of high‑volume supplier invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
• Managing supplier queries via phone and email
• Supporting weekly payment runs and ensuring approvals are in place
• Assisting with month‑end close for Accounts Payable
• Maintaining accurate and organised financial records

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role
• Confident handling high‑volume invoice processing and reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Experience with accounting systems
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
• Reliable and committed to a full‑time, office‑based role
