• Leading technical accounting advisory work across transactions, restructurings and strategic projects
• Working directly with sophisticated clients across private equity, asset management and high‑growth businesses
• Building strong internal relationships and contributing to thought leadership and market‑facing materials
• Coaching junior team members and shaping the development of a scaling practice

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
• Experience in technical accounting or accounting advisory roles (transaction exposure a bonus)
• Confident communicator with strong project management skills
• Interest in using technology and AI tools to enhance client delivery
