Are you an experienced Service Charge Accountant looking for an exciting new opportunity in the property industry? We have the perfect role for you! Join our vibrant team in Bromley and help us keep our financials in tip-top shape while contributing to a dynamic environment.

• Preparing and maintaining financial statements
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborating with team members to streamline processes
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

• A degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• Service Charge experience
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the property sector
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, Quick Books)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
