I have partnered with a private family office who are looking to hire an experienced Accountant ideally with proven experience in a high-net worth, private family office setting.

This role requires proficiency in Xero & ideally Sage 50 with a keen eye for detail, adaptability and strong accounting fundamentals.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Maintain accurate accounting records using Xero & Sage 50 across multiple entities.
• Conduct weekly and monthly bank reconciliations for various accounts.
• Manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate postings in the accounting system.
• Handle sales invoices, including raising, posting, and reconciling them as required.
• Process both debtor and creditor invoices, maintaining precise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ledgers.
• Reconcile and manage company/family credit card statements with correct expense coding.
• Prepare and process payments including supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements.
