Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant:

• Ownership of the finance inbox.
• Posting banking journals daily across multiple accounts (GBP, USD, Euros & AUD).
• Assisting with preparing monthly VAT returns.
• Reviewing purchase invoices on the accounting system (Purchase Order matching, approvals, brand coding and cost allocation).
• Preparation of the weekly supplier pay runs
• Payroll administration
