A leading professional services firm is seeking a driven and technically strong Employment Tax Senior Manager/AD to join their fast-growing Employment Tax team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of compliance and advisory work and is looking for real progression in a collaborative, ambitious environment. You'll have the chance to work on high-profile projects, gain early responsibility, and develop your technical expertise across a broad range of UK employment tax issues - with exposure to international and global mobility projects as well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver UK employment tax compliance for a wide-ranging client portfolio
  • Conduct PAYE health checks, P11

    Ds, PAYE Settlement Agreements, and CIS compliance
  • Draft client advice on employment status, IR35, termination payments, and benefits structuring
  • Support senior leaders with complex advisory and planning work
  • Get involved in cross-border tax planning and global mobility projects
  • Attend client meetings, build relationships, and contribute to internal/external training

    Help identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals
  • Support junior team members through coaching and technical reviews
What You'll Need
  • Previous employment tax experience, ideally in a practice or in-house setting
  • ATT qualified or equivalent (CTA or ACA a plus)
  • Strong understanding of PAYE, NIC, benefits-in-kind, and off-payroll working rules
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis; payroll experience is a bonus
  • Highly organised, motivated, and able to take ownership of your work
