Management Accountant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Media and Entertainment business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Management Accountant for 2 months.

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate interim Management Accountant to assist them for 2 months. You will be responsible for following duties:

• Process and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain debtor ledgers by allocating receipts, reconciling customer accounts, and following up on outstanding balances.
• Perform daily bank postings and reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Manage finance queries through shared inboxes, providing timely resolutions to internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.
• Prepare and post accounting journals, including month-end adjustments, ensuring financial records remain accurate and complete.
• Process and maintain prepayments and accruals in accordance with accounting standards and month-end reporting requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and completion of balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances as required.
