Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant Graduate to join thier finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, assist with reporting, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping while gaining valuable professional experience.

Key Responsibilities Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense claims. Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies. Help prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Support the finance team during audits by preparing required documentation. Process journal entries and update accounting systems.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to the finance department as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduate or up to one year of relevant experience. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
