Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant West Oxfordshire | 3-4 Month Contract | up to £35,000 (DOE) | Hybrid Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with a business in West Oxfordshire that are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a busy finance team on a 3-4 month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger Preparing supplier payment runs and reconciling supplier statements Handling supplier queries and maintaining supplier records Processing employee expenses and company credit card transactions

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a high-volume purchase ledger or accounts payable role Experience processing company credit card transactions Strong matching and batching experience Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Available immediately or on a short notice period Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
