Mintel is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own UK payroll operations within the UK Accounts team. This role partners with HR, Finance and our outsourced provider ADP to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery across the UK business.
The successful candidate will maintain payroll calendars, process inputs for starters, leavers, changes and deductions, validate outputs and resolve any issues, while upholding compliance with statutory obligations and benefits deductions.
