What You'll Do:
As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting related to fixed assets. Your responsibilities will include:

Record and track acquisitions, disposals, transfers and depreciation of fixed assets.
Conduct periodic assessments of both tangible and intangible assets to identify any impairments.
Ensure compliance with Group and UK Capex reporting requirements.
Collaborate with the NSO team to support cost tracking and implement process improvements.
Accurately account for rental costs and maintain the lease asset register in SAP, ensuring compliance with FRS 102 and IFRS 16.
Work closely with the Senior Management Accountant to identify and implement enhancements across responsible areas.
Perform various month-end activities, including project stock allocations and repairs and maintenance postings.
Assist in the annual audit process with a keen eye for detail.
Undertake analysis and projects to support overall business performance and finance objectives.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:

Part Qualified:
In the final stages of completing your accounting qualification.

Experience:

Proven experience in a similar financial role, with multi-site experience preferred.
Technical

Skills:

Strong Excel skills are essential. Familiarity with SAP is a bonus!
Self-Starter:
You can work independently and take initiative.
Ambitious: A drive to grow and advance within the organisation.
Communication

Skills:

You must be able to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
