Description- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support payroll processing and related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Handle queries related to accounts and payments.
- Collaborate with the accounting team for month-end and year-end processes.
- Maintain and update accounting systems with accurate data.
- Experience in accounting or finance roles within a business services environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- A good understanding of financial processes and regulations.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Salary between £28,000 and £31,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position in a London-based organisation.
