Management Accountant, Investment Management firm, London, up to 75,000A growing Investment Management firm are looking looking for a management accountant to join a dynamic, growing finance team. What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate, insightful financial information and ensuring smooth financial operations across the group. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing monthly management accounting reports and balance sheet reconciliations

Reviewing bank reconciliations, staff expenses, travel and credit card journals

Working closely with external payroll providers to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery

Preparing payroll journals, staff cost schedules, pension and share plan contribution schedules

Reconciling payroll deductions and maintaining payroll‑related balance sheet ledgers

Reviewing management accounts expense schedules

Preparing quarterly VAT returns

Supporting statutory audits and contributing to ongoing process improvements

Providing proactive support across the wider Finance team

What You’ll Bring :

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

You will have:

ACA or ACCA qualification1 or 2 PQE as an management or financial accountant ideally within a financial services firm Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Confidence prioritising tasks and taking ownershipA problem‑solving, inquisitive approach

Strong communication skills

Ability to drive efficiency and operational improvements

Flexibility to support colleagues across the finance function

Intermediate Excel skills
