Accounts Assistant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Marketing business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Accounts Assistant for 3 months.

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate interim Accounts Assistant to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:

• Manage Accounts Payable, including processing supplier invoices and ensuring payments are recorded accurately and on time.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including monitoring outstanding balances and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
• Complete bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Carry out balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and manage the finance inbox, responding to and resolving account and payment queries in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process manual invoices, ensuring all billing information is accurate and complete.
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up on outstanding queries where required.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide general support to the wider finance team as required.

Profile:

The successful interim Accounts Assistant will have 2+ years experience You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
