Senior Tax Accountant / Tax Manager Exciting Opportunity to Shape the Tax Offering of a Fast-Growing Founder Services Business

We're partnering with an exciting, recently launched accountancy practice within a rapidly growing multidisciplinary professional services group that supports entrepreneurs, start-ups and owner-managed businesses throughout their growth journey.

As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant / Tax Manager to become a key member of the Accountancy-as-a-Service team, providing specialist tax advice while helping to shape and develop the firm's tax offering from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with founders and growing businesses, delivering practical, commercially focused tax advice across a varied client base.

• Acting as the lead tax advisor for a portfolio of SME and start-up clients
• Advising on Corporation Tax, Personal Tax and VAT matters
• Reviewing tax computations and returns
• Identifying tax planning opportunities, reliefs and efficiencies
• Advising on business structuring and growth-related tax considerations
• Supporting clients with cross-border and international tax issues
• Acting as the primary point of contact for tax-related queries
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients and advising on appropriate structures
• Working closely with the wider accountancy team to deliver an outstanding client experience
• Contributing to the development of the firm's tax processes, knowledge resources and service offering

• 10+ years' tax experience
• QBE, ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA qualified or equivalent
• Strong UK Corporation Tax, VAT and Personal Tax knowledge
• Experience advising SMEs, start-ups and owner-managed businesses
• Knowledge of international and cross-border tax matters
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits
