Delano London is seeking an exceptional F&B Cost Controller to join the pre-opening team. You will lead end-to-end financial governance of procurement, inventory, and cost of sales across restaurants, bars, kitchens, and events, safeguarding margins and reporting with audit-ready controls.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will support pre-opening mobilisation of cost-control processes, including supplier onboarding, inventory setup, recipe costing and first 90-day performance reports.
