Working with a well known real estate firm in central London who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join them on a maternity leave contract. It is a broad reporting role where you will gain exposure across the business and work with lots of different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities-
- Supporting monthly, quarterly and year-end group reporting and consolidation
- Preparing journals, reconciliations and management accounts
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Managing service charge, fixed asset and intercompany accounting
- Assisting with treasury, cash flow, loan facilities and covenant reporting
- Supporting VAT, CIS and corporation tax requirements
- Assisting with external audit and statutory reporting under IFRS / FRS 102
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, systems and controls
Skills required:
- Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA candidate
- Experience in financial or management reporting.
