ACCOUNT ASSISTANT START FROM
22.50 PER HOUR

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8 AM TILL 5 PM BUT CAN DO OVERTIME

Your new role
This is a permanent job opportunity full time office based in central London. Working within a finance team of four and reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• End-to-end Accounts Payable including managing the inbox processing and posting supplier invoices preparation and execution of bi-weekly payment runs making one-off daily payments investigation and resolution of supplier queries setting up new suppliers and updating supplier details and processing staff expenses.
• Ownership of Accounts Receivable including raising sales invoices posting cashbook transactions completing new credit account forms.
• Bank reconciliation
• Assisting with month-end close
• Supporting annual audit
• Assisting with additional tasks and projects as required

What youll need to succeed

• Recent relevant experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant role with exposure across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• High volume Accounts Payable experience (youll be managing circa 400 invoices per month)
• Sage 200 (desirable not essential)
