Your new role
This organisation is seeking a hands‑on, technically strong French Speaking Part Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. This is a well‑rounded role offering end‑to‑end ownership of management accounts, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers and operating in a fast‑paced, commercial retail environment. Core responsibilities include:> Full ownership of the end‑to‑end monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
> Production and review of P&L reporting, including variance analysis and clear commentary.
> Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including analysis of actuals.
> Partner with operational and commercial teams to support cost control and financial understanding.
> Maintain robust financial controls and ensure audit‑ready documentation.
> Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed
> Fluent in the French language
> Part‑qualified or finalist accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).> Strong technical accounting foundation with hands‑on experience of month‑end close.
> Comfortable owning management accounts in a fast‑paced environment, preferably from a product-led sector.
> Detail‑driven, proactive, and able to work to tight deadlines.
> Strong Excel skills and experience working with finance systems.
> A collaborative communicator who can work effectively with non‑finance stakeholders.
