• 80% management accounts, 20% statutory accounts
• Lead specialised financial reporting for a complex property fund client, managing complex technical accounting matters including consolidations, refinances, disposals, and year-end audit liaison
• Drive operational efficiencies across accounting workflows by evaluating current systems and implementing innovative AI tools
• Deliver tailored advisory solutions and handle day-to-day technical queries directly for client business owners and fund managers

• Be fully ACA or ACCA qualified with proven experience preparing full management accounts and consolidated accounts
• Possess technical proficiency in accounting software, specifically Sage and Quick Books
• Demonstrate hands‑on technical accounting experience across complex transactions such as property fund accounting, acquisitions, or refinances
