As a Senior Manager in our UK/US Global Mobility Tax team, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of dynamic, high-growth businesses and internationally mobile employees, helping clients navigate complex cross-border tax challenges while delivering commercially focused advice.

What You'll Be Doing As a trusted advisor to your clients, you'll combine technical excellence with commercial insight to help organisations manage the tax implications of an increasingly global workforce.

You will:

Manage a portfolio of Global Mobility clients, with a focus on fast-growth and privately owned businesses.

Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and become a trusted advisor on UK and US mobility matters.

Lead the delivery of both compliance and advisory services across a broad range of mobility issues.

Partner with colleagues across EY's international network to deliver seamless, cross-border solutions.

Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development initiatives.

Lead complex advisory projects, bringing innovative thinking and practical solutions to clients.

Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, helping them achieve their career goals.

Contribute to the strategic growth and success of the wider Global Mobility practice.
