Your role as an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager:
Lead and review complex audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio with turnovers up to £60M. Manage a growing portfolio of audit and non-audit clients. Oversee technical quality, compliance, and risk management processes. Coach, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team. Support business development initiatives and strategic growth plans. Build strong long-term client relationships and contribute to client retention.

Work closely with senior leadership on operational and firmwide initiatives. What you'll need to succeed:
You must be ACA /ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience. Have strong technical audit knowledge and understanding of audit regulation. Demonstrate experience managing client portfolios and leading teams. Be commercially aware, proactive, and client-focused. Show ambition to progress toward RI Status.

Experience with Iris would be beneficial but not essential. What next:
