Responsibilities:
As a Tax Director , you will… Lead a portfolio of large and complex FS clients, overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services Provide technical expertise across international tax, Pillar Two, tax governance, compliance reviews, and tax audit support Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders on complex tax projects and risk management assignments Build trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic adviser while identifying opportunities to add value Lead and develop a high-performing tax team, supporting technical development and driving exceptional client service Requirements:
As a Tax Director , you will need… CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification Significant Corporate Tax experience gained within practice, including managing large and complex client portfolios Strong technical knowledge across UK Corporate Tax, with exposure to areas such as international tax, compliance governance, or Pillar Two being advantageous Proven experience leading teams, developing client relationships, and delivering commercially focused solutions Benefits:
