Job Description:As a Fund Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our funds. You will work closely with our Fund Operations team to ensure the smooth running of our funds and provide support to our fund managers. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain hands‑on experience in the investment management industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and reconcile fund cash flows, including subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
- Maintain accurate records of fund transactions and ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors
- Support the fund accounting process, including performance reporting
- Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of fund transactions
- Conduct research and analysis to support fund operations
- Provide general administrative support to the Fund Operations team as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong interest in the investment management industry
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Knowledge of fund accounting and financial reporting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
- Hands‑on experience in the investment management industry
- Exposure to a wide range of funds and investment strategies
