About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACA or ACCA) to join our London-based team as an Accounting Manager. In this role, you will support IFRS and US GAAP reporting, technical accounting matters, international audits, and global accounting activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Working closely with local accounting teams, global finance stakeholders, and external audit firms, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting, compliance, and technical accounting excellence across the business.

What You'll Do
  • Support IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting requirements across the group.
  • Manage and coordinate external audit processes with audit firms across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and review audit working papers, technical accounting documentation, and financial reporting support schedules.
  • Support month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
  • Partner with local accounting teams to understand and apply local GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Identify and assess differences between local GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP, and group reporting requirements.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and clearly communicate complex accounting matters to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to support international accounting and reporting initiatives.
  • Contribute to accounting transformation, process improvement, automation, and standardisation projects where applicable.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time, particularly during audit and reporting cycles.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience with in an audit firm
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACA, or ACCA)
  • Strong technical accounting expertise and a thorough understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Experience in a global statutory reporting, technical accounting function.
  • Experience with Workiva.
  • Practical experience applying both IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Experience with Net Suite or other enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Experience supporting accounting transformation, automation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex accounting concepts clearly.

    Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ownership of deliverables.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Genuine interest in technical accounting and complex accounting matters.
