We are hiring a Management Accountant on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) to join our London Finance team and make an immediate impact. This is a clearly defined contract position, offering the opportunity to step into a hands‑on role and contribute from day one. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you’ll help deliver high‑quality financial reporting, strengthen controls, and support business decisions across the organisation.

• Prepare and post month‑end journals with accuracy and ownership
• Produce clear, insightful variance analysis across monthly and year‑to‑date performance
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure records are updated in Blackline
• Monitor and review expenses, including accruals and prepayments, supporting cost control
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles during the contract period
• Assist with audit and compliance requirements, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned to policy
• Partner with finance teams and stakeholders to improve reporting processes and outputs

• Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly
• Confident communicator who collaborates effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Comfortable working with financial systems and adapting quickly in a new environment
• Professional and collaborative approach, with a commitment to high standards
