Part Time Bookkeeper (Soho / Covent Garden Area) £30-£40k Pro Rata

Reporting directly to senior management, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day bookkeeping function, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the smooth running of the business.

• Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero
• Managing sales and purchase ledgers
• Processing supplier invoices and payments
• Bank reconciliations and cashbook management
• Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
• Managing employee expense claims
• Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required
• Supporting payroll administration and finance‑related queries

• Previous experience in a bookkeeping role,
• Strong working knowledge of Xero
• Confident with bank reconciliations, VAT and ledger management
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

• Flexible part‑time hours 3 full days or more days with less hours
• Central London location with excellent transport links
