We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Credit Controller to join our friendly and supportive team based in Warrington. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts. Proactively collecting outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships. Resolving queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer accounts. Maintaining accurate account records and documentation. Producing debtor reports and updating management on collection activities. Working closely with internal departments to ensure efficient account management. About You Previous experience in a Credit Control role is essential.

Experience managing a low-volume, high-value ledger is desirable. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach. Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy office environment.
