This role sits within Xeinadin's Startup and Scale-up team, supporting high-growth technology companies and some of the fastest-growing brands in the UK.

As part of our Outsourced Finance team, you will work with ambitious, venture-backed businesses across a range of sectors, helping them scale through best-in-class financial support. Using leading cloud accounting platforms such as Xero and Dext, you will deliver high-quality accounting and finance services while gaining exposure to innovative, fast-paced businesses.

• Managing a client portfolio for a diverse range of tech start-ups providing an excellent, proactive services for the seed to venture backed portfolio.
• Manage monthly management accounts, VAT, PAYE, CT600 delivery
• Supervises monthly accounting month end close ensuring junior staff members deliver
• Management of the accounts runway, will prepare statutory annual accounts for filing and returns to company house.
• Takes pro active role in improving information and procedures
• Onboarding clients to ensure the customer onboarding journey is seamless increasing client retention and relationships
• Exceptional standard of client services include professional clearance and monitoring response times

• ACCA/ACA part-qualified
• At least 3 years practice experience
• Experience of accounting for start-ups, OMB's
• Xero experience is a big plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client deadlines and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Interest in technology, start-ups, and high-growth businesses.
