Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparing, reviewing, and processing customer invoices accurately and within agreed deadlines. Processing invoice amendments, adjustments, and credit notes where required. Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and queries. Coordinating daily billing activities and helping to prioritise team workloads. Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including supporting audit requests. Skillset and Experience

Required:

Minimum of three years’ experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations. Strong understanding of invoicing reconciliations, billing controls, and multi-currency transactions. Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. A proactive, self-motivated approach with resilience and commitment to delivering excellence.
