Job Title: Bookkeeper/Touring Assistant – Business Management
Location: Hybrid Working – London W1U (Minimum 2 days in office - 5 days during probation)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000

About the TeamYou’ll be joining our Business Management team, a group of 8 individuals, part of a wider staff of 65 people at Dales Evans, who have now joined forces with BKL.
The team works closely with a wide range of artists, managers and producers. Along with vloggers, actors, models and others in the entertainment business, supporting them with day‑to‑day bookkeeping, and tour accounting.
We pride ourselves on being experienced in handling the financial management, accounting, taxation, VAT, royalties and tour accounting and offer a flexible hybrid working approach, study support and exposure to progression routes.

Your OpportunityThe Bookkeeper/Touring Assistant will provide day‑to‑day operational, administrative, and accounting support to the wider Business Management team. The role ensures timely delivery of client work, smooth internal workflow, and high‑quality financial administration across a portfolio of touring, artist, and entertainment clients.
How You’ll Make a DifferenceIn this role, you will:
Financial Administration & Processing- Assist with payment runs, including preparing backup, verifying approvals and compiling support for touring and other clients.
- Process invoices, monitor approval chains, and maintain payment tracking logs.
- Support bookkeeping tasks including posting expenses, income, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Draft and send client‑ready summaries, payment confirmations, chasing emails, and general correspondence.
- Assist with collating information for client queries relating to our client mix.
- Maintain excellent client service standards, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
- Support preparation of management accounts and VAT workings.
- Gather bank statements, ledgers and third‑party reports to support reporting deadlines.
