A high-growth, mid-sized accountancy firm is looking to appoint an Audit Assistant Manager to join its expanding Central London team.

The firm has an established and successful presence across the North of England and is now looking to replicate that success in London. With significant growth plans already underway, this represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious audit professional to join the business at an exciting stage of its development.

As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients and play a key role in managing assignments, developing junior staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role will offer:

• Responsibility for a varied portfolio of audit assignments.
• Significant client exposure and regular interaction with senior management.
• Responsibility for planning, executing and completing audit engagements.
• Coaching and development of junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate:

• ACA/ACCA qualified, or recently qualified.
• Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice.
• Already operating at Assistant Manager level or ready to take the next step.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients.
• Ambitious, commercially aware and motivated by the opportunity to help build something.
