An international listed healthcare business is to looking to recruit an ACA qualified (or equivalent) candidate to join its finance team.
You will be responsible for the group consolidation process and consolidation accounting adjustments supporting monthly and quarterly US GAAP reporting to a US listed parent company and the annual IFRS consolidated financial statements.
You will work closely with the Central Finance function teams to ensure that underlying reporting schedules are complete and accurate before applying group level consolidation adjustments and eliminations.
The primary focus of the role is the consolidation of the group results, including intercompany eliminations, group consolidation adjustments, investment in subsidiary eliminations, equity and CTA accounting, and the preparation of the consolidated group cash flow statement.
You will be ACA qualified (or equivalent) with experience of consolidations in a similar role in industry.
