Your new companyA leading professional services firm is currently seeking a Partnerships Tax Manager to join their growing team supporting high-growth clients across a range of sectors, including both private equity and asset management sectors. You will work with entrepreneurial businesses, investment partnerships and fund management structures, gaining exposure to complex, high value work in both UK and international contexts. Your new role
Lead the delivery of tax compliance, reporting, and advisory work, including billing and risk management, supported by a strong internal team
Act as a primary point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met promptly while maintaining strong, ongoing communication
Provide strategic tax advice on partnership structures, profit allocations, capital accounts, and cross‑border implications
Work closely with colleagues across service lines and international offices to deliver integrated solutions for clients
Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally ACA/ATT or CTA qualified
Experience in partnership tax or personal tax across both compliance and advisory Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and overseeing junior colleagues in the team A proactive individual with strong communication skills
