Forensic Accountant – Revenue & Bookings Investigator

Finatal is partnering with a Global services business to recruit a forensic accountant to investigate a discrepancy between bookings and revenue recognition. Revenues are currently around 8% below last year, while bookings are only about 2% behind, and the variance is not expected on a YTD basis.

You will trace the end-to-end flow from sales and bookings through to revenue recognition, identify the root cause of the discrepancy, and provide clear remediation recommendations to senior finance
