Senior Bookkeeper

A small friendly family run Accountancy Firm in West Hampstead , London, have a great opportunity for a self-motivated, positive & enthusiastic Senior Bookkeeper (Part Time 16 Hours per week) to join their team.. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an Accountancy office/firm

• Highly Experienced in Producing LTD Accounts (including full analysis and production of accounts up to trial balance and /or ideally including filing accounts).
• Experienced dealing with confirmation statements for Companies House
• Experienced in producing and submitting VAT returns and Payroll
• Computer Literate in excel, word, outlook, windows 11, One Drive
• Software experience in:
  Zero, Quickbooks, Tax Calc, Moneysoft (payroll software)
• Proficient in dealing with HMRC and using HMRC and Companies House websites
• Positive/confident/polite with clients and staff
• Keen to learn from others
• Proactive & autonomous work ethic (we want you ‘to think on your feet’ & want to learn our business quickly so you can get on with your workload efficiently)
• Time Efficient in meetings or phone calls
• Adhering to time scales/deadlines
• Managing client invoicing and credit control.

We are flexible although a fixed pattern of work will be agreed e,g the 16 hours can be spread over a few days but once agreed these days and times are fixed.. Salary is dependent on level of experience (with a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of comprehensive experience based on our specific requirement- rather than general accountancy experience)

£12 – £16 hourly

3-5 yrs of specific exp. required, salary dependant on exp. level
