MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8 AM TILL 5 PM BUT CAN DO OVERTIME

Your new role This is a permanent job opportunity, full time office based in central London. Working within a finance team of four and reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• End-to-end Accounts Payable, including managing the inbox, processing and posting supplier invoices, preparation and execution of bi-weekly payment runs, making one-off daily payments, investigation and resolution of supplier queries, setting up new suppliers and updating supplier details, and processing staff expenses.
• Ownership of Accounts Receivable including raising sales invoices, posting cashbook transactions, completing new credit account forms.
• Assisting with month-end close
• Supporting annual audit
• Assisting with additional tasks and projects as required

• Recent, relevant experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant role with exposure across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• High volume Accounts Payable experience (you'll be managing circa 400 invoices per month)
• Sage 200 (desirable, not essential)
