There is considerable autonomy to manage client relationships and take ownership of assignments from initial discussion through to delivery. Particularly complex or strategically important matters will involve working directly with senior leadership and specialists from across the firm.

The role also offers the opportunity to strengthen your leadership profile through overseeing the quality and delivery of work, supporting junior colleagues and developing the technical capability of the wider team.

Rather than being restricted to delivery, you will be encouraged to contribute ideas, improve how the team works and support the continued development of the Employment Tax service.

The position would suit an experienced Employment Tax Senior Manager with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to advise clients directly.
