POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage financial statement, accounting, and administrative aspects of the business. Provide reliable financial and operational information necessary for business decisions. Support Job Cost and Financial Accounting efforts of the manufacturing facilities at Pride and Red Bud.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide guidance and support to the Accounts Payable (Pride) and Accounts Receivable departments, and accounting questions in general.
• Review bank reconciliations.
• Manage the cash accounts.
• Oversee employee cash advances.
• Complete month-end intercompany reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation.
• Manage accounting of the inventory at manufacturing facility.
• Oversee filing of annual, quarterly and monthly Use Tax and Sales Tax Returns and Personal Property Tax declarations for various states (Pride).
• Collect and provide information for annual insurance renewals and annual insurance audits.
• Calculate labor cost rates and intercompany charge rates.
• Set up and facilitate monthly job cost projection meetings including meeting notes and follow-up with project team.
