Attop Group is seeking experienced Senior Accountants for opportunities with businesses across the UK. These roles may suit qualified or part-qualified accounting professionals with strong financial reporting, month-end and management accounting experience.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage month-end and year-end processes, including journals and reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow reporting
• Monitor ledgers, accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet accounts
• Assist with VAT returns, audits and statutory reporting
• Maintain effective financial controls and accounting records
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting
• Work with finance colleagues, managers, auditors and other departments

• Proven experience in a senior accounting or financial accounting role
• AAT, ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification, or progress towards one
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and analytical skills
• Clear communication and the ability to meet reporting deadlines

The indicative salary range is £40,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on location, qualifications, sector and responsibilities.
