Property Administrator

We have an exciting immediate vacancy for a growing property company based in Hendon,

We are looking for bright switched on candidates with experience in administration who enjoy working within a busy fast paced environment.

There is great progression opportunity within this growing business, and full training will be provided.

* Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (Office based)

* 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays (office will be closed on Jewish Holidays and it will be unpaid leave)

Key responsibilities:

* Liaising with councils and utility providers

* Dealing with all utility queries

* Ensuring providers have up to date tenant details

* Data entry

* Accounts admin

* General admin support for the team

What the employer is looking for:

* Administration experience

* Experience with in the property industry is beneficial but not essential

* Excellent customer service skills

* Uses initiative

* Organised

* Strong work ethic and highly motivated in a busy environment

* Excellent telephone manner
