Property Administrator

Location: Finchley
Property / Surveying Administrator – North London – c £30k

We’re working with an established firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to hire an experienced Administrator as follows:

- Based in North London, working Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (parking available in the streets close to the office)

- The office operates a smart casual dress code with a vibrant, friendly, supportive environment.

- Working as part of a wider Administrative Team providing the full range of Admin support to a team of Valuation Surveyors

- Duties will include (but not be limited to) appointment booking, diary management, responding to emails, answering enquiries relating to services offered, checking surveys/reports (and referring them for correction if errors are found) and generally ensuring the office and its systems run smoothly and professionally.

- Suitable Administrators will need to be polite, highly literate, proficient users of Microsoft Office and have an excellent telephone manner.

- Training will be provided in relation to some of the technical terminology used by Surveyors so previous experience in a Surveying environment is not essential (although could be beneficial)

Salary for the successful Administrator will start at up to £30k with reviews and uplifts based on length of service and performance.
