Workplace Coordinator
Location:
Baker Street, London
Salary: £37,000
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
A leading facilities management organisation is seeking a professional Workplace Coordinator to support the daily operations of a high-end banking environment in the Baker Street area. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent customer service, and experience working within corporate or premium office settings.
You’ll act as a key point of contact for workplace services, ensuring the environment runs smoothly, remains presentable, and supports the needs of staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide front-line workplace coordination across a high-end corporate site
* Act as the main point of contact for workplace queries, requests, and issues
* Support meeting room management, space management, and office logistics
* Ensure office areas, breakout spaces, and common areas remain clean, organised, and fully stocked
* Liaise with FM teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery
* Assist with moves, changes, desk allocation, and workplace planning
* Maintain records, logs, and service reports
* Support onboarding of new staff with workspace set-up and orientation
* Promote a positive workplace experience for staff and visitors
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience working in a workplace, corporate concierge, facilities, or office coordination role
* Confident communicator with a strong customer-service approach
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy corporate environment
* Professional, polished, and comfortable working within a high-end banking setting
* IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work well with different stakeholder groups
