Position: Credit Controller (legal aid)

Your new role As a Credit Controller, you’ll support the recovery of Inter Partes (IP) and Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) fees. Your responsibilities will include liaising with solicitors and cost draft persons, tracking the progress of fee recovery, managing case documentation, and ensuring timely payments. You’ll also assist with maintaining accurate records in the case management system and provide general administrative support to the Revenue Control Team.
