We are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading global architectural practice on a fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of major international projects during a critical project phase.

This role is ideal for a Document Controller with strong Aconex experience who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of project documentation, ensuring information is accurately controlled, issued, and tracked in line with project requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer project documentation using Aconex

* Manage document workflows, submissions, and approvals

* Maintain document registers, revision control, and transmittals

* Coordinate documentation between internal teams and external consultants

* Support project teams with Aconex processes and queries

* Assist with reporting and document audits as required

About You

* Previous experience in a Document Controller role within the built environment

* Strong working knowledge of Aconex (essential)

* Able to work efficiently to tight deadlines

* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
