Location:

Croydon (CR0) – Office Based
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (flexible for earlier start if needed)

* Sales Order Processing experience is a must for this role

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services & Order Processor to join our team. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure their orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Placing manual orders onto the system
Handling incoming calls and responding to live chat enquiries
Packing items and arranging couriers for dispatch
Providing excellent customer service and support
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries promptly

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales Order Processing
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Local to Croydon and able to work in the office full-time
Familiarity with B2B environments is an advantage
