• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team
• Scheduling interviews, including with high-level individuals
• Assisting with candidate resourcing
• Ensuring HR system information is up to date
• Assisting with onboarding new employees
• Preparing interview packs and passing on candidate feedback
• Uploading interview tests and scheduling training sessions
• Providing general administrative support as needed

• Have previous administrative experience, ideally in a corporate setting
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively and confidently
• Be able to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
• Be a quick learner who takes initiative

• Standard hours: 9 AM - 5:30PM (flexibility required)
• Based in Camden - near the vibrant Coal Drops Yard
• Full office-based
• Up to £35K
• Permanent
